Method

 
MOUSSE: Cream sugar and eggs until thick and creamy. Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler. Whip cream until just stiff. Dissolve gelatine in cold water over a bowl of warm water. Fold chocolate into egg mixture, fold in puréed strawberries and gelatine, then pour into moulds and chill. WINE PUDDING: Cream sugar and eggs until thick and creamy. Add flour and wine, and mix until it acquires a dropping consistency. Fold in bicarbonate and roasted nuts, melt chocolate and fold in. Butter moulds, pour in the pudding mixture and bake in a preheated 180 ºC oven for about 15 minutes. BISCUIT: Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and mix in dry ingredients. Chill before baking at 180 ºC for 10 to 15 minutes.
