Strawberry creams

    butter

    icing sugar
  • 15
    ml
    cornflour
  • 225
    g
    cake flour
  • 5
    ml
    baking powder
  • STRAWBERRY CREAM
  • 60
    g
    butter
  • 130
    g
    icing sugar
  • 40
    ml
    strawberry jam
 

Method

15 minutes
 
Beat butter and icing sugar until light. Add cornflour and mix well. Add flour and baking powder gradually and mix until combined. Spoon mixture into a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe 3 cm shapes onto a greased baking tray. Bake in preheated 160 °C oven for 15 minutes until golden. Allow to cool completely on baking rack. STRAWBERRY CREAM: Beat butter and icing sugar until light. Stir in jam. Use to sandwich biscuits together.
