  • 350
    g
    strawberries, halved lengthwise
  • 60
    ml
    strawberry liqueur
  • 150
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 100
    g
    ground almonds
  • 45
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 250
    ml
    cream, stiffly whipped
  • toasted almond flakes
 

Method

 
Arrange the strawberries in four tall glasses. Pour a little liqueur over the strawberries in each glass. Fold the yoghurt, almonds and castor sugar into the stiffly whipped cream. Spoon on top of the strawberries and sprinkle with toasted almonds. Serves 4.
