Ingredients (3)

410.00 g strawberries
80.00 g jelly — strawberry
410.00 g nestlé ideal evaporated milk — chilled

Method:

Drain the strawberries, but reserve the syrup. Heat the syrup and add the strawberry jelly. Stir until the jelly has dissolved. Add the strawberries and mix. Cool, but do not allow the mixture to set. Beat the evaporated milk until stiff and add the jelly mixture. Fold in carefully until well blended. Return to the fridge to set. Serve with ice cream.
Serves 10.
