Strawberry cheesecake

  • CRUST

    butter
  • 200
    g
    tennis biscuits, crushed
  • FILLING
  • 794
    g
    sweetened Nestlé condensed milk
  • 500
    g
    cream cheese or smooth cottage cheese
  • 125
    ml
    lemon juice
  • fresh strawberries for decoration
 

Method

 
Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the crushed biscuits. Press the mixture down on the base of a 20 cm loose-bottomed cake pan.

To make the filling, beat all the ingredients together and pour onto the crust.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC. Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan. Chill in the fridge before decorating with fresh strawberry slices.
