Strawberries and Chantilly cream

  • 500
    g
    fresh strawberries
  • 250
    ml
    fresh cream
  • 45
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 45
    ml
    Grand Marnier (or liqueur of your choice)
 

Method

 
Hull and wash strawberries, slice in half and place in container. Whip cream, gradually adding castor sugar and liqueur, until soft peaks form. (This can be done at the picnic spot). TO SERVE: Spoon over strawberries.
