Ingredients

    large potatoes, peeled
  • 30
    ml
    cornflour
  • 50
    ml
    oil for deep-frying
 

Method

Grate the potatoes on the coarse side of a grater.
Sprinkle cornflour over the grated potatoes.
Squeeze a spoonful of potatoes between two spoons to get rid of excess water.
Fry in heated oil until done and crisp.
Drain and season with salt and vinegar.
