Stir-fry with pasta

    cooking oil
  • 750
    g
    boned chuck
  • 2
    onions
  • 3
    carrots
  • 1
    sweet pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 5
    ml
    dried origanum (or three times as much fresh)
  • 250
    ml
    cooked pasta
 

Method

 
Heat oil in a heavy-based saucepan and brown meat a little at a time, stirring constantly.
Add vegetables in order and fry until cooked but still crisp. Add seasoning, herbs and garlic sauce. Simmer for 1 minute.
Stir in the pasta, heat through and serve immediately.
