Ingredients (15)

500.00 g pasta — macaroni
300.00 g lean steak — frying, cut into thin strips
40.00 ml oil
1.00 spring onions — chopped
100.00 g mushrooms — sliced
250.00 g leeks — sliced
1.00 green pepper — julienned
3.00 courgettes — medium, sliced
2.00 carrots — medium, julienned
2.00 celery stalks — sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
MARINADE
50.00 ml soy sauce
15.00 ml cornflour
10.00 ml fresh ginger — grated
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed

Method:

1. Cook macaroni as directed on packet, drain and set aside.
2. Mix ingredients for marinade and marinade meat strips for 1 hour.
3. Heat oil and fry meat for a few minutes. Remove and set aside.
4. Stir-fry prepared vegetables until crisp-tender. Return meat. Add macaroni and heat through.
