Ingredients (14)

25.00 ml oil
2.00 red chilli — deseeded and chopped
2.00 green chilli — deseeded and chopped
5.00 cm fresh ginger — grated
1.00 cucumber — cut into julienne strips
1.00 red pepper — sliced
2.00 celery stalks — julienned
2.00 spring onions — julienned
10.00 ml salt
15.00 ml oyster sauce
15.00 ml soy sauce
50.00 ml stock — chicken
10.00 ml castor sugar
100.00 g ham — cut into strips

Method:

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté chilli and ginger for 1 minute.
Add remaining vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes over a high heat.
Combine everything, except ham and pour over the vegetables.
Add the ham strips, mix well and serve.
