Ingredients (15)

MARINADE
65.00 ml Worcestershire sauce
15.00 ml soy sauce
15.00 ml garlic — cloves, crushed
25.00 ml tomato sauce
2.00 ml Chinese five-spice powder
15.00 ml oil
500.00 g pork — lean strips
15.00 ml fresh ginger — grated
4.00 leeks — halved
125.00 g green beans
1.00 Litres rice — white, cooked, cold
seasoning
50.00 ml soy sauce
20.00 ml vinegar — grape
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Whisk the marinade ingredients together and pour over the pork. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes, remove the pork and set the marinade aside. Heat the oil in a fairly large pan and stir-fry the pork strips a few at a time until just cooked and lightly browned. Add the ginger and stir-fry rapidly until fragrant. Add the leeks and beans and stir-fry until tender. Add the marinade and boil rapidly for 1 minute. Add the rice and mix through. Pour seasoning over and heat.
Serves 4.
