    oil

    pineapple pieces, drained
  • 15
    ml
    grape vinegar
  • 15
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 7
    ml
    sugar
  • 750
    ml
    cooked rice
 

Method

 
Sauté the cucumber in the heated oil until pale brown. Add the pineapple pieces, grape vinegar, soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry until the sauce comes to the boil. Add the rice and stir-fry until heated through. Serve with fish, omelettes or pork or lamb chops.
