Stilton and chive baked potatoes

Ingredients (6)

2 potatoes
fresh chives — chopped
1 Tbs butter
milk
freshly ground black pepper — to taste
1 cup cheese — stilton, grated

Method:

Cook potatoes in microwave until they are done.
Slice off the tops of your potatoes and scoop out the insides.
Mash all your scooped out potato adding chopped chives, a knob of butter, a little bit of milk, a
grind of pepper and a generous shaving of Stilton cheese.
Once done pipe or just put your mashed potato back into the skins.
Add a bit more cheese and grill in the oven for a few minutes.
