Sticky toasted Chelsea buns with sliced mango

    large Chelsea buns
  • 250
    ml
    thick natural yoghurt
  • 2
    mangoes
  • honey, to drizzle
 

Method

 
Spoon yoghurt onto hot Chelsea bun halves.
Top with mango slices and drizzle with honey.
Serve as a breakfast treat with a big pot of steaming coffee.
