Sticky spare ribs

Ingredients

  • 2
    cup
    tomato ketchup
  • 1/4
    cup
    honey
  • 1/4
    cup
    brown sugar
  • 1/2
    cup
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4
    cup
    soy sauce
  • 1/4
    cup
    vegetable oil
  • 1/4
    cup
    lemon juice
  • 2
    red chillies, finely chopped
 

Method

20 mins
 
Combine all the ingredients and whisk well.
Pour over the ribs and allow to marinade for at least 30 mins and up to 3/4 hours before braai-ing/barbecuing.
You could also stick these in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
