Ingredients (10)

16.00 lamb ribs
SAUCE
60.00 ml honey
60.00 ml soy sauce
45.00 ml tomato sauce
60.00 ml orange juice
30.00 ml vinegar — brown
30.00 ml wine — white
4.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
10.00 ml mustard — powder
black pepper — freshly ground

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Grill ribs on rack of roasting pan for 5 minutes on each side. Meanwhile mix all sauce ingredients together.
2. Tip ribs into roasting pan. (Some, but not all, of the lamb fat should be removed.) Pour sauce over and bake for 25 minutes, shaking pan once during the cooking.
3. Serve with a baked potato and salad or stir-fried vegetables.
