Sticky marmalade ribs

    lamb ribs
  • MARINADE
  • 200
    ml
    orange juice
  • 125
    ml
    Seville orange marmalade
  • 30
    ml
    honey
  • 120
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 45
    ml
    lemon juice
  • milled pepper
  • 2
    garlic cloves, crushed
 

Method

 
MARINADE: Mix all ingredients together (you may find it better to heat them together for easier mixing, but this is not absolutely necessary). Preheat oven to 200 ºC. Wipe ribs with a damp cloth and place in a baking dish. Either brush ribs generously or pour marinade over and bake for 15 minutes. Baste ribs liberally with marinade, reduce temperature to 180 ºC and bake for a further 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with a crisp salad and baked potatoes.
