Beat butter and sugar together well. Add flour, lime juice and rind.
Add milk and egg yolks.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
Pour into a buttered ovenproof dish and bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 30-50 minutes, until the top is golden. Serve with frozen yoghurt.
(Don't panic when you take it out and see that the bottom is runny - this is how it's meant to be.
If the limes are very small use 4 instead of 2.
