Sticky chilli chicken wraps with mango and coriander

    chicken breast fillets
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 30
    each honey, soya sauce and sweet chilli sauce
  • 1
    lime or small lemon, the juice
  • 5
    flour tortillas
  • 60
    natural Greek yoghurt
  • 1
    mango, peeled and finely sliced
  • 1
    red chilli, sliced into thin strips
  • handful of freshly chopped coriander


20 minutes plus marinating time
Cut each chicken breast into thin strips lengthways.
Mix the garlic, honey, soya sauce, chilli sauce and lime juice together, add the chicken and marinate for two hours.
Heat a griddle pan until hot, add chicken and cook for one to two minutes on each side.
Spread some yoghurt on each tortilla.
Top with the chicken strips, mango slices, chilli and coriander.
Roll up the tortillas tightly and cut into four or five pieces.
