Ingredients (6)

18.00 chicken — wings
125.00 ml lemon juice — fresh
125.00 ml soy sauce
85.00 ml jam — smooth apricot, melted
85.00 ml chutney
1.00 onion — finely chopped and fried

Method:

Preheat the oven to 160 ºC (325 ºF).
Arrange the chicken wings in a shallow ovenproof dish. Blend the remaining ingredients and pour over the wings. Marinate for an hour or longer.
Roast for about one hour or until the chicken wings are cooked and golden brown.
