Ingredients (6)

250.00 ml soy sauce — light
250.00 ml soy sauce — dark
4.00 garlic — cloves, chopped
250.00 ml honey
2.00 kg chicken — wings
20.00 g spring onions — shredded, to garnish

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Combine the soya sauces in a
bowl with the garlic and honey.

Add the wings and coat well.

Put
the wings on a baking tray and
cook for 20 minutes or until they
turn dark brown and sticky.
