Sticky Chicken Wings

    ml
    light soya sauce
  • 250
    ml
    dark soya sauce
  • 4
    garlic cloves, chopped
  • 250
    ml
    honey
  • 2
    kg
    chicken wings
  • 20
    g
    spring onions, shredded, to decorate
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Combine the soya sauces in a bowl with the garlic and honey.

Add the wings and coat well.

Put the wings on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes or until they turn dark brown and sticky.
