  • selection of fresh vegetables
  • sesame seeds
  • butter
 

Method

 
Steam your favourite greens such as broccoli, fresh asparagus or brussel sprouts until tender but still firm. Fry sesame seeds in butter until golden brown and sprinkle on top. Serve with lamb chops in red wine and garlic sauce and mashed potatoes with roasted garlic (see recipes).
