Steamed butternut with basil

    butternut, peeled
  • 80
    ml
    water
  • 30
    ml
    butter
  • 4
    basil leaves
 

Method

15 minutes
 
With a sharp knife, cut butternut into slices and place in a pan Add water to butternut and steam until soft and cooked Add butter and serve with hot basil leaves
