Ingredients (8)

15.00 baby carrots — baby, cleaned
15.00 ml fresh dill — chopped
30.00 ml orange juice
15.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
2.00 ml orange — zest only
1.00 ml mustard — powder
1.00 ml salt
freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Prepare the electric steamer for use as indicated in the instruction booklet and fill with cold water.
Scrub the carrots with a coarse brush or scrape if desired. Place the carrots in the steamer bowl, cover and steam for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
Whisk the remaining ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.
Add the cooked carrots and mix.
Serve with lemon chicken with baby potatoes (see recipe).
