Steamed angelfish with squid tentacles and shrimp

Ingredients (9)

fish — fillets
lemons — juice only
salt
freshly ground black pepper
400 g calamari — tentacles
300 g shrimps
oil
butter
garlic — cloves

Method:

For the fish:

Flavour the fish with lemon juice, soya sauce and salt and pepper.

Put in a bamboo basket and steam, depending on the thickness of the fish- it can take as quickly as 5 minutes for something like the angelfish fillets.

For the squid tentacles and shrimps:

Add a little oil and some butter in a pan, heat up, add garlic and then the tentacles, fry for one minute.

Then add the shrimps, fry for another minute.

Everything should now be done, and the tentacles still nice and soft.

Remember squid will be tough if cooked for too long.
