Steak salad

  • Salad leaves
  • cherry tomatoes
  • carrots
  • sesame seed oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • rump steak
  • black pepper

Mix some salad leaves together with peppers, quartered cherry tomatoes and julienned carrots.
Pour a little sesame oil and balsamic vinegar over and flavour with salt and pepper.
Heat a griddle pan till smoking hot.
Grind some black pepper over a rump steak and rub with sesame oil, grill to your liking, let rest.
Cut in slices and serve on top of the salad.
