Season and fry the steak.
Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan until slightly browned.
To assemble the salad:
Divide the salad pack between 2 plates,
Tear up any very large leaves.
Top with diced cucumber and tomato, spring onions, mushrooms and avo.
Arrange slices of warm steak on top of the salad, top with a piece of camembert cheese.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Grind over some seasoning.
Trickle over some avo oil and vinegar, and serve!
