Steak salad

A summer time salad with a splash of manly meat.

Ingredients (12)

1 rump steak
1 salad greens
1/4 cucumber — diced
1 tomatoes — medium, diced
2 spring onion — chopped
5 mushrooms — sliced
1 avocado — strips
2 camembert cheese — sliced
1 tsp sesame seeds
salt and freshly ground black pepper
vinegar — balsamic
avocado oil

Method:

Season and fry the steak.
Slice thinly.
Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan  until slightly browned.
To assemble the salad:
Divide the salad pack between 2 plates,
Tear up any very large leaves.
Top with diced cucumber and tomato, spring onions, mushrooms and avo.
Arrange slices of warm steak on top of the salad, top with a piece of camembert cheese.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Grind over some seasoning.
Trickle over some avo oil and vinegar, and serve!
