Tuna steak rolls

Ingredients (12)

4 tuna — thick steaks
1/4 cup fresh chillies — 573
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 Portuguese rolls
lemon — cut into wedges, to serve
Tomato relish:
250 g cherry tomatoes — quartered
2 Tbs capers — roughly chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley — chopped
1/4 tsp dried chilli flakes
3 spring onion — chopped
1/4 cup fresh chillies — 573
lemon — halved, juice only

Method:

Rub tuna steaks with oil; season well.

Braai or grill for 2–3 minutes on each side or until cooked. Set aside.

Mix together chopped tomatoes, capers, parsley, chilli, spring onions, olive oil and lemon juice. Season well.

To assemble:
Drizzle the rolls with olive oil. Place a tuna steak on each roll; top with tomato relish. Serve with potato wedges and lemon.
