Ingredients (10)

1500.00 ml flour — cake
45.00 ml Baking powder
15.00 ml salt
10.00 ml mixed herbs
750.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated
600.00 g spinach — finely chopped, boiled
300.00 g margarine
250.00 ml milk
250.00 ml water
6.00 eggs — whisked

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF).
Grease a few muffin tins.
Sift the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add the cheese and spinach and mix. Melt the margarine and add the remaining ingredients.
Fill the hollows of the muffin tins three quarters of the way and bake for about 25 minutes or until done.
Add a little extra water, about 100 ml (2/5 cup), to the remaining dough if it has to wait until you make the next batch, as the mixture thickens while standing.
