Ingredients (7)

75.00 g spinach — torn
3.00 bacon — rashers, diced
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
2.00 thick slices white bread — diced
parmesan cheese
salad dressing — French

Method:

Wash and arrange spinach in serving dishes.
Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from pan.
Add olive oil and garlic to pan, sauté briefly and add bread. Sauté until golden.
Scatter hot croûtons and bacon over spinach leaves. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and piquant French dressing.
