Ingredients (12)

300.00 g turkey — cooked
1.00 onion — large, sliced
500.00 g spinach — young
175.00 g fennel — baby
2.00 oranges — peeled and segmented
salt and freshly ground black pepper
30.00 g sunflower oil
GINGER DRESSING
7.00 ml soy sauce
30.00 ml honey
25.00 ml fresh ginger — freshly grated
50.00 ml vinegar — red wine
150.00 ml sesame oil — or sunflower oil

Method:

Combine all the ingredients for dressing, adjust seasoning.
Remove skin from turkey and cube.
Peel and slice onion into rounds.
Wash spinach and break into bite-sized pieces.
Finely shred fennel bulb and combine all salad ingredients.
Season and toss salad with dressing.
Serve with extra dressing on the side.
