    ribbon noodles

    spinach, shredded and steamed

    freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    olive oil

  • dill fronds to garnish
 

Method

 
SAUCE: Finely chop salmon trout. Dice tomatoes, drain and toss with salmon. Stir in remaining sauce ingredients and season to taste. PASTA: Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Rinse and drain cooked pasta, return to stove and toss with spinach, Parmesan cheese and oil. Season with black pepper and serve with sauce at room temperature, garnished with dill. TOTAL KILOJOULE COUNT: 16 690 kJ (3 990 Cal). A portion: 4 175 kJ (995 Cal).
