Spinach and peanut butter stew

  • 1
    bunch of spinach, rinsed and chopped
  • 4
    turnips, peeled and diced
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 45
    ml
    peanut butter
  • 65
    ml
    toasted nuts
 

Method

 
Cook turnips in a little water until tender.
Add spinach and seasoning, and cook for 10 minutes.
Add peanut butter and seasoning.
Mix in thoroughly and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Serve warm, garnished with toasted nuts of your choice as a side dish.
