Ingredients

  • 250
    ml
    sesame seeds
  • 125
    ml
    hazelnuts
  • 60
    ml
    coriander seeds
  • 60
    ml
    cumin seeds
 

Method

5 minutes
 
Toast each ingredient, one at a time, in a pan.
Rub the hazelnuts to remove the skins.
Place everything in a food processor and pulse a few times until the mixture is coarsely ground.
Store in an airtight container.
Makes about 450 ml.
