2. Add oil to pan and sauté onion, garlic and ginger until soft. Add mince and cook, stirring, until meat is browned.
3. Stir in sambal oelek or Worcerstershire sauce, soy sauce, curry paste, crumbled stock cube and water.
4. Simmer gently for about 30 minutes. Add seasoning, coconut cream, parsley and cashews. Stir to mix and heat through.
5. Serve over rice.
