  • LAZY DAISY FROSTING

    margarine
  • 60
    ml
    Nestlé Ideal Evaporated Milk
  • STIR IN

    brown sugar
  • 50

    coconut
  • 50

    chopped nuts
 

Method

25-30 min
 
Mix the boiling water and oats together ad set aside. Cream the sugar, margarine and vanilla essence together until light. Add the eggs and oat mixture and stir well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 23 x 23 cm baking tin and bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. FROSTING: Heat the margarine and evaporated milk until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread onto cake while hot. Place under a grill until brown and bubbly. Baking time: 25-30 minutes Oven temperature: 180 ºC
