    butter
  • 750
    ml
    shelled mixed nuts
  • 5
    ml
    paprika
  • 3
    ml
    salt
  • 3
    ml
    dry mustard
  • 3
    ml
    coriander seeds
  • 2
    ml
    nutmeg
  • 1
    ml
    cayenne pepper
 

Method

Melt the butter in a pan and add nuts.

Fry until the nuts are golden.

Add paprika, salt, dry mustard, coriander seeds, nutmeg and cayenne pepper.

Sprinkle over the nuts and shake the pan well to cover all the nuts with spices. Serve lukewarm.
