  • 250
    ml
    fresh cream
  • 3
    ml
    ground ginger
  • 3
    ml
    ground cinnamon
  • 200
    g
    ginger nuts
  • 25
    ml
    brown sugar
  • 5
    ml
    mixed spice
 

Method

 
Whip the cream until stiff and add the ginger and cinnamon. Mix. Arrange alternate layers of biscuits and cream in a glass bowl, ending with a layer of cream. Combine the brown sugar and spices and sprinkle on top of the cream. Chill for 24 hours before serving.
