    oil
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 2
    cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1
    green pepper, finely chopped
  • 5

    chilli powder
  • 5
    ml
    ground cumin
  • 420
    g
    baked beans in tomato sauce
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Heat the oil and sauté the onion, garlic and green pepper until soft. Add the chilli powder and cumin and fry lightly over low heat for 1 minute. Add the baked beans, season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve hot on toast with a green salad on the side. Serves 4.
