Spicy Potatoes with cauliflower and spinach

Ingredients (10)

500.00 g baby potatoes
1.00 head cauliflower — broken into florets
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
1.00 red chilli — deseeded, sliced
5.00 ml cumin — seeds, ground
5.00 ml coriander — ground
5.00 ml masala
2.00 ml turmeric
125.00 g spinach — sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Boil the potatoes until soft and remove the skins if desired. Boil the cauliflower in a little water until just soft but still crispy. Drain well and set aside.
Sauté the garlic, chilli, cumin, coriander, masala and turmeric for a minute in a little oil. Add all the vegetables and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until well blended with the seasonings and heated through. Season with salt and pepper if necessary and serve immediately.
Serves 4.
