  • 400
    g
    mixed whole nuts
  • 10
    ml
    milled sea salt
  • 10
    ml
    ground cumin
  • 10
    ml
    sugar
  • 10
    ml
    chilli powder
  • 10
    ml
    ground cinnamon
 

Method

 
Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Spread nuts out on baking sheet and bake until they are a very pale biscuit colour. Check regularly, as nuts burn easily. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle them on a sheet of greaseproof paper. Pour nuts onto paper and swish them around in the seasoning. Gather up corners of paper, twist into a bundle and fasten with string. Leave wrapped up until ready to serve.
