Spiced cranberries with muscadel and orange

  • 400
    g
    cranberries
  • 150
    ml
    orange juice
  • 75
    ml
    water
  • 45
    ml
    muscadel jerepigo
  • 1
    cinnamon stick
 

Method

 
1. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer gently for a few minutes. 2. Place in a gravy boat and serve with roast goose with fruit and nut stuffing (see recipe).
