Ingredients (5)

1.00 Litres brown sugar
500.00 ml coffee liqueur
375.00 ml coffee creamer
7.00 ml cinnamon — ground
5.00 ml allspice — ground

Method:

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor at the lowest speed.
Cover and chill overnight.
Store in the fridge.
To use:Spoon 15 ml of the mixture into a coffee mug and add black coffee, cocoa or milk.
Makes 1 litre
As a gift:Spoon about 50 ml of the mixture into small cellophane packets and fasten with silver string. Place 2 packets in a pretty glass mug.
