Ingredients

 
  • 500
    g
    cooked ham, finely chopped
  • 300
    g
    gouda, finely chopped
  • 100
    g
    butter, softened
  • small onion, finely chopped
  • 250
    ml
    cream
  • 1
    cup
    plain yoghurt
  • 1/2
    bunch
    spring onions, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3
    baby baguettes, split
  • TO SERVE:
  • Green salad
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Combine the ham, cheese and butter and mix well.

Stir through the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C  and spread the mixture onto the baguette halves.

Bake for 10-15 minutes and if necessary finish off under the grill. Serve with a green salad on the side.
