Sparkling berry cream cocktail

An elegant and beautiful drink for Summer.

Ingredients

 
  • 200
    g
    frozen mixed berries
  • 1
    bottle sparkling wine
  • 100
    ml
    fresh cream
  • A few drops vanilla essence/fresh vanilla
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Defrost the frozen berries until you can break them into a bowl.

Blitz them with a blender. Place them into a glass 1/3 full. Whisk the cream with the vanilla.

Fill the glasses with sparkling wine and top carefully with the cream. Garnish with mint and fresh berries.

Carving meat
Always allow your roast to rest for 5 to 15 minutes before carving so that the juices can be reabsorbed and the meat presents an even surface when sliced. Use a short- or long-bladed knife, and a two-pronged carving fork with a guard. To prevent the meat from losing juice, steady it with the flat of the fork, rather than piercing.
