Preheat the oven to 200.
Place the chicken pieces, the chorizo, red onions, red peppers and half-cooked potatoes into a casserole dish.
Season with the cumin, mustard powder, oregano, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour the oil over.
Put in the oven and let cook for an hour.
Remove from oven and add the olives and basil.
Serve with fresh bread or rice or couscous.
