Spaghetti with marinated calamari

Ingredients (9)

30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
500.00 g calamari — rings
85.00 ml soy sauce
30.00 ml fresh coriander
15.00 ml fresh ginger — grated
30.00 ml lime juice
5.00 ml chilli paste
400.00 g pasta — spaghetti, cooked until al dente
rocket — leaves

Method:

Heat oil in a frying pan or wok until very hot. Add calamari rings and toss for one minute. Add soy sauce, coriander, ginger and lime juice. Mix chilli paste into hot pasta and pile into four soup plates. Top with calamari and rocket leaves.
Serves 4.
