Spaghetti with marinated calamari

    olive oil

    calamari rings
  • 85
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 30
    ml
    fresh coriander
  • 15
    ml
    grated fresh ginger
  • 30
    ml
    lime juice
  • 5
    ml
    chilli paste
  • 400
    g
    spaghetti, cooked al dente
  • rocket leaves
 

Method

 
Heat oil in a frying pan or wok until very hot. Add calamari rings and toss for one minute. Add soy sauce, coriander, ginger and lime juice. Mix chilli paste into hot pasta and pile into four soup plates. Top with calamari and rocket leaves. Serves 4.
