    chicken drumsticks or thighs

    eggs
  • 30
    ml
    buttermilk
  • 125
    ml
    cake flour
  • 15
    ml
    mixed dried herbs
  • 5
    ml
    powdered chicken stock
  • 5
    ml
    paprika
  • 5
    ml
    white pepper
 

Method

 
1. Place the drumsticks on a chopping board. Using a sharp knife, pull the skin off the chicken. Pierce the flesh all over several times. 2. Beat eggs with buttermilk and dip drumsticks in this mixture. 3. Mix all the dry ingredients in a plastic bag, seal and shake to coat the drumsticks. Leave in freezer while warming oil. 4. Heat oil in a deep pan, fry chicken on one side until golden brown, then turn to cook other side. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve with green salad.
