    mealie meal
  • 250
    ml
    sorghum
  • 1
    Litres
    water
 

Method

 
Soak mielie meal and sorghum in water overnight. Cook as porridge, cool and allow to rest for four hours, so that the fermentation process can take place. Add sugar to taste before drinking.
