Ingredients (8)

250.00 ml cabbage — or carrot or green pawpaw or mango, coarsely grated
2.00 tomatoes — diced
1.00 lemon — finely diced (with peel)
2.00 fresh chillies — small, seeded and finely chopped
30.00 ml oyster sauce
7.00 ml sugar
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
125.00 ml peanuts — finely chopped

Method:

Mix the cabbage, tomato and lemon in a mixing bowl. Add the chillies and mix. Blend the oyster sauce, sugar and garlic, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Pour over the salad. Sprinkle the peanuts on top and serve.
Serves 2.
